About My Classes

I’m passionate about making mindful practices more welcoming and affordable for everyone! My classes are spiritual and fun, with more focus on inward intention than on physical alignment. I believe that we are all overflowing with abundance, and the purpose of our yoga practice is to heal and prepare us to serve the world.
